BlackBerry Stops Bullet Saves Woman
OK so we knew that the BlackBerry was the center of the known universe, but now there’s another reason to carry it everywhere. A 24 year old had his revolver in his coat pocket while putting down a few brews with friends and as he was putting his jacket back on, the handgun discharged shooting his 22 year old girlfriend in the thigh right at pocket level.
Good news is that her BlackBerry took the shot dead center and stopped the bullet cold. The bad news is two fold. First off her BlackBerry is dead, secondly even though her boyfriend has a concealed handgun license, it’s a felony to carry it into an establishment that serves alcohol.
