Government to Track our Cellphones without Warrant

If the Justice Department has their way, they will be able to track your movements via your cell phone activity without any warrant or probable cause.  Do you think this is something from a bad movie, well think again, because the showdown is happening now in Philadelphia in a case between electronic-privacy groups and the Justice Department.

Honestly, what happened to the days when we trusted our government to do what was right or in the best interest of the citizens of the United States?  It’s been a long time since I felt that way and unless things change dramatically, it may be an even longer time till I feel that way again, if ever.

Remember, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
